  The Lights were described exactly what it was on Ebay. They came in a box with bubble wrap for protection and was brand new as mentioned. There was no damage at all. When I plugged them in they all worked. It was very easy to talk to the seller. The seller was quick and courteous when I asked him questions about my order. Ebay shipping was fast and I received my order before the order date was due. I would recommend this seller to anyone who is looking for a Awesome Purchasing Experience.
