  I started putting on the wall an noticed the E was missing so took a photo and told them the letter was missing. I just got a rude reply asking why I left the foil on (I did so as I noticed) and why did I put it up if the letter was missing. I obvs wasn’t getting any help or another so just left it and negative the feed back instead. Was happy with the item and delivery but no need for rudeness!!! Don’t order as if anything is wrong this is all you get
