  I like this product and the seller did her best but the description stated I will be receiving 2 organic bags of Hippeas and instead it was not organic and I received 1 18 oz. bag. Perhaps the confusion is that the product is a NON NGO product and not an organic product as there is a difference. I did receive some candy pieces and tea, which was a nice touch. I would do business with this seller again.

  This (seller) on eBay has restored my faith. As far as receiving (edible) items via eBay. In an (acceptable) undamaged (state). The two bags of chips were in fine condition. Despite the (exact) size shipping box being slightly damaged. I am ready to move forward once again as far as making (future) purchases via eBay.

  2 of the 4 items arrived damaged. I messaged the Seller. They said they packed it the way they always do, and it should have arrived "OK". IT DID NOT. I sent them pictures, and the seller still wants to argue that their packaging is fine. Crappy customer service.
