  The product was not what was advertised. It advertised a new DVD player when in fact it was only a slave monitor with no power cord or DVD player to connect to. I have asked them to be more diligent about descriptions of the product in the future so as not to deceive any other customers. I will take the loss because I won't believe it was intentional. sending it back would cost me more money. The seller was very apologetic for the misunderstanding.

  I did contact the seller and they say the collar is broke. But the ad said it was new collar in box. Now having to try to find out how to get my money back because the seller contacted me saying it was broke and if I could cancel the order. It’s to late to cancel. They say they will contact eBay. It’s just a pain that I have to go through this in the first place.
