  Despite being advertised as a GE RPWFE filter, it didn’t have a chip. Our fridge won’t detect the filter. The seller responded quickly and refunded our money, including shipping fees. If your fridge requires a chip, check BEFORE you buy.

  I apoligized the product did not work. I do not manufactor the filter and only sell them. I refund all of your money when I heard you had the problem. I do not understand what elseI can do to make you happy,Thanks for the opportunity.

  This seller gave really excellent customer service when I contacted them. eBay sent conflicting information about the delivery of this product but the seller quickly clarified shipping info when they were contacted. Product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. Really great price also on this feline supplement. I couldn't be happier with the seller's service and the quality of this product.   The item was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price nowhere else! The packaging was good and kept everything intact, and it arrived not long after ordering. Although an older figure, still in pretty great shape and the sculpt very much depicts the character accurately. No complaints, great seller!
