  The seller didn’t send the item to me and he keeps lying saying that he did. don’t buy from this seller every time I send him a message he lies and says it did send my item out. He’s a liar it is fake company don’t spend a single penny on it as they are liars and will not actually send out your items.

  Item not as described, it does not fit my tablet. I contacted the seller immediately, no return label included in package. They were supposed to be sending me one but haven't. Their communication is sporadic. This has been going on for 7 weeks now and I've still not had a returns label or a refund. Am now escalating to eBay and will never purchase from this seller again. I understand mistakes happen but 7 weeks with no resolution is shocking.
