  I purchased a platter on May 2nd, and never received it. In spite of several messages from me, the seller would not give a refund. The seller just kept telling me it was on the way, or ignored my message and didn't answer at all. Finally, on June 5th, after more than a month of waiting, Ebay issued a refund, because the buyer could not provide a proof of delivery. Poor communication, and a lack of customer service made this a disappointing experience.

  This was just as described. Packaging was fantastic nothing broke and was cares for. Shipping is was fast. Defiantly a great value. I would recommend this seller.
