  Seller was excellent, responsive and posted the item in perfectly good time. Item is as described and works well. Disappointed with Parcelforce's delivery (paid for next-day, took four days) but that is nothing to do with the seller, who as I say was great. Packaging very secure, and overall believe the spec is good value. Would buy from kass_tech again!

  Over the moon with my purchase from Kass Tech, laptop as described and arrived absolutely immaculate and ready to go. Postage was rapid (next day) and laptop was really well protectively packaged.   Very pleased with this in all respects. Kass Tech was great to deal with and very personable with my enquiries on the product and delivery process. The computer is better than described and seems brand new for a 2 year old device. The price was right for me, quality great. I would have liked the original Apple box but that is no problem, item was well packaged in a custom box and arrived with 24 hours. I highly recommend this eBay trader and would not hesitate to buy again. *****

  Good value for money and works for what I need it for. The Mac’s condition was as described. There was a password on the Mac and I wasn’t told by the seller what it was, however it only took a simple guess to work it out. The Mac did require some updates but that was not really an issue, it just took up quite a bit of time. Postage was very fast and the item was packaged well. I cannot see that I have received an invoice from the seller and so I will message and ask for this. Thank you.
