  The seller let me know it wouldn’t ship out on Friday but should ship Monday instead. They offered to cancel the order based on it not shipping immediately. I declined to cancel knowing it was just a kind gesture in case I needed one sooner. I would buy again.

  I recently received a delivery of these power banks and unfortunately, one of the boxes came without the charging cord and the carabiner and also the box came damaged. I contacted the owner about this and they did respond they even offered to make up for the missing/damaged components. I just got the delivery today and they did deliver.
