  Seller is very customer-focused. They sent the wrong item (chrome finish vs brushed nickel) but responded very quickly to my emails regarding the issue and refunded my purchase immediately. Though this delayed my bathroom project slightly, their response time and their willingness to correct their error, earns them a positive rating.

  The seller was great and quick to reply! They accidentally shipped the wrong finish but shipping was extremely quick and they re-shipped the correct item immediately. The items were in perfect condition and packaged as described.

  Received exactly as listed with fast shipping. The Extension Cord was an open box item. When I received it, it looked new as if I had just bought it from The Home Depot. Excellent price for an excellent product. About fifteen dollars less than Home Depot. I've already been using it, works great. Great seller. Highly recommend. A+.

  Seller knowingly sent me a mismarked item. Listing is for elbows and they had a stock image of the elbow I'm looking for. They sent me straights in a package marked elbows. They knew it was a mistake because they even circled it on the package. Their listing did not indicate this mistake at all. All that and they still sent the item and collected their money. Waste of my time and money. Very deceptive and untrustworthy seller . Stay away

  Great seller communication. Package was lost by FedEx which seems to be a common occurrence. Hope the seller finds a new shipping method.
