  Nameplates as described, package protected with hard cardboard in bubble envelope. As soon as I submitted the order for black on gold, I received an email which showed a color version I did not realize was available. I messaged seller to switch one nameplate which was agreed. Did not initially receive the color requested plate but after messaging seller it was rectified. I sent back the black on gold. Reputable seller! Will be purchasing again!
