  Despite having paid the offer price for the Item and the shipping cost of $6.59 that was quoted, the package arrived with $17.55 shipping due. I spoke with the seller then refused the package as was suggested. The seller later contacted me to say they would refuse it too. I am now out the total price I paid, seller will not refund my money, and ebay is not helping.
