  I couldn't use item as was too big for my cats as they kept pulling it off. I couldn't find any apps to connect it to my phone either. I explained this to the seller and seller was understanding and helpful. I received a full refund after sending item back to the main warehouse with the free QR code provided. It was very much appreciated. Seller is very helpful with any queries you may have and answers very promptly. I would highly recommend shopping with this seller.

  This is a great adapter and works exactly as you would expect. However seller MUST be given special mention! The fist adaptor was shipped out very quickly. It was very well packed BUT Somehow the courier managed to break the earth pin of the power adaptor. I contacted the seller sending him a picture of the broken power adaptor. He responded very quickly and arranged to send out a new power adaptor. This one arrived without any problem. davilam68 Many thanks for a great sale and your help

  1st order lost in post, waited 5-7 days and tracking said it was in main post office, and still is. Informed seller and another was sent out immediately and took around 3-5 days. Shaver works perfectly and coped with my half bearded face with ease. Could only recommend davilam68 for the service given AAA+++
