  Positive experience with this seller from past purchases that went through without a hitch. Best prices anywhere for super premium dog food. Fast and free shipping every time except this very transaction, where I did not get my product. Why give five stars then, you wonder? It wasn't their fault that UPS has my package lost in limbo. Seller tried to get a location and updates from UPS & when he got nowhere, he wrote me what happened and reimbursed me instantly. Five stars.

  Apparently there was an issue with the chosen shipping service the seller chose. It was supposed to be free shipping but when it arrived the packages were both over $100 shipping due on delivery. Refused both shipments and the seller gave me a full refund. Very odd for it to happen twice.
