  Thanks to the seller going above and beyond to package the item right, it arrived in one piece (phew), seller was also very understanding and flexible. The monitor was unused as described and while it has problems due to its age, it is to be expected from something that is over 20yrs old and has been sitting in a box for decades, thankfully none of them were caused by shipping or by the seller being careless. I would most definitely recommend this seller!

  I am a little torn on this but I do need to be honest for other buyers. I ordered two items and one of them was incorrect. The seller shipped the items quickly and they were well packaged. I don't believe the seller sent the wrong item on purpose, they have the incorrect item they sent available for sale in another listing. I believe it was an honest mistake. However, I contacted the seller about this about a week ago and they did not respond or attempt to acknowledge or rectify.

  We have corresponded, I sent a second shipment with the correct game, and they are all set. I'm not sure why I didn't get an alert for his message. Best of luck with the games :)
