  Seller advertised combined shipping yet did not honor it. Sent three messages and seller stated they were away but would get back to me… never did. Included photo from other listing which shows combined shipping offered yet not honored nor rectified after the fact. Where’s the value in offering combined shipping if you don’t honor it?
