  Tried contacting seller, they did not help. They refused refund & ignored 2nd email. Beware this seller seems to sell knock offs, acting as real thing. I paid reg. price for what I thought was a red fern candle. Was advertised as being the same scented candle I have purchased for years. It’s the only candle that doesn’t give me a migraine. The candle sent smells & looks like a homemade candle. Not red fern. All I smell is wax. Not the amazing smell this candle should have. Label &lid

  Customer contacted me and wanted a refund without return and threatened me with feedback extortion. I accept returns for 30 days for any reason and the solution was to return it for a refund if they were not happy with the product. I conveyed that to the customer and buyer elected to keep it.
