  I have ordered a high quality coloring canvas from this seller several times in the past and each one has been wonderful!! Every person that received this gift loved it! Very well made & so cute!! Would buy from this seller again! Had an issue this time - item got lost in shipping process, but when I contacted the seller, a new item was sent out within a day!! Received by time needed and was packaged well!!

  Ordered on Nov 17. Expected delivery Nov 22. Never received item. Contacted seller they said shipped another with same tracking. Next expected date Dec 5 Again never received contacted eBay after they said they would step in by Dec 4 it was dec 8. eBay said seller sent item however I still have not received item and it’s been a month. It was a gift for party on dec 6 and I had to purchase another gift. eBay said contact them Dec 26 if item is not received. Still no item no refund on dec 16.
