  Arrived quickly and was new open box as described. but was shipped with oil in chain lube reservoir which leaked out probably due to hot summer temperatures in transit. Not a big deal just a little unanticipated clean up work.

  I bought a used laptop from them for a really great price. The laptop was in very good shape; a few scratches here and there but nothing that affected the actual functionality of it. Seller was quick to respond and was very willing to provide the information I needed. He was also very understanding: I told him that I would pay the next day because my bank was having issues and he waited patiently. Also the shipping service they used was superb: the laptop came a week before schedule.

  I bought a $1,000 camera off of this seller - The camera was packaged well, and in better condition than I was expecting. Seller mailed it promptly and included extras. Honestly, I don't have much to share because it was an ideal eBay transaction - no hiccups, my camera shipped across the country just fine and in perfect condition, all in all, star seller!

  I bought the Blueair air purifier 211+, but it was dented and damaged upon delivery. Seller resolved the issue promptly by refunding me the entire charges without having to ship item back. I wish the item was not damaged so my daughter would have a nice good size air purifier. After this incident, she got a small tabletop one, because it appears these can get damaged easily. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
