  Overall positive experience. I would say description should be used just due to the items being opened which I understood but could be misleading to others. It took a little longer than expected for shipment. I think the items seller had to wait for and came from different places. The box it was shipped in was fairly thin and easily squished even though seller did bubble wrap around them. Seller did respond quickly when messaged. Not a bad experience overall.

  This was a great experience overall! The order arrived much sooner than expected and the figure was in perfect condition (in the original box, opened from the bottom, in a sealed bag). The seller is very kind and communicative. Thank you!

  Items arrived in perfect condition. The shipping took a few weeks to be shipped, which was included in the listing (but I missed when I purchased). The seller’s communication was excellent every step of the way. I look forward to doing business again with this seller.

  Item was packaged good. It was missing some items but they gave me a full refund. I ordered other items from them and those were fine. Just this one item was missing items due to their supplier. Seller is very responsive to help resolve my issue.

  Friendly seller, good communication. But the boxes arrived destroyed because of the poor packaging, and one of the two items was damaged. Seller says it was unavoidable since the package came from far away. I would not have ordered if I knew it would not be well protected.
