  This seller is very reasonable to deal with. I received the incorrect item and they immediately resolved the issue and sent me the correct item. Helpful, responsive and I love the item. I was worried about resolving the issue since it was not a U.S. seller, but the seller was EXCELLENT and responsive and it was quickly resolved. I will definitely order from them again.   Although it appears as though this is a new order, it's actually not. It is a re-order of a ring that I had ordered and never received. Once I notified the seller that I didn't receive the ring, I was immediately refunded. Still, as stated in my first contact w/ the seller, I really did still want to receive the ring. After refunding me, even though I had bought the ring at Auction, the seller sent me a link to their new non-Auction listing of the ring. With the new link, I could

  This ring took a while to arrive but I'm quite pleased with it . It's wellmade and definitely. .925 silver. The stone is gorgeous a deep pretty red color . Great price too. The shipping was good . Packaging ok.I will buy from this seller again ..Also communication when it was arriving late was was a plus. It might take longer to get your items but they are worth the wait.
