  The eyeshadow palette arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. Having just received another palette from a major retailer that arrived crumbled and reduced to loose powder, I was even more impressed with the care taken ny this seller. The quality and value are outstanding ! The palette was brand new, as advertised, and beaitiful.

  Ordered on Aug 18 received on Aug 29. A temporary interruption or problem was experienced. It seemed it was held up by USPS for postage. Good communication between us got the ball rolling again. Mailer showed postage paid see photo. Other than the wait everything was great. Product was in excellent shape and looked brand new as described. My wife was very excited that 2 brushes were included in each powder box. She is familiar with this product and was overall pleased with the purchase. Thanks
