  Definitely not as described. But 1st negotiated the price that was an issue. But we worked it out & I spent a little more than I wanted because really like the frame. They listed it as "excellent " condition. I guess maybe that was partly my fault believing them & not zooming in on every stone making sure they were all there. But when someone lists excellent u would think every stone is there. The shipping was fast & packaged well. When I contacted they said contact ebay & they were sorry
