  Item arrived damaged, with a broken piece that was faintly visible in the original listing photos—but not disclosed. Listing claimed it was “new” when it clearly wasn’t. Seller offered only a partial refund. I accepted just to avoid the hassle, but this was a frustrating experience overall. Would not buy from again.
