  Purchased an expensive Eurofase chandelier at a very reasonable price and negotiated for shipping. I requested that seller hold on to it to avoid the Christmas rush. He added to original packaging at my request to ensure that it arrived in perfect condition as described. He communicated frequently through this process including sending pictures of original box and of shipping label. Was shocked at how quickly it arrived and in excellent condition. My rating of this experience: PERFECT!

  Arrived 5 days late but not the sellers fault, i could have drove the 4 hours. Very well packaged. All sealed as advertised.

  I can only assume this is the shippers fault, however, terrible communication by the seller. After almost 2 weeks I had to reach out to them to request an update. After finally being told they would file a claim with FedEx I had to reach out yet again for an update. It’s been several more days and still no update from the seller. Purchase at your own risk.

  FedEx lost the package, and I am waiting for the insurance to pay out so that I can send the refund. It's a slow process, and unfortunately, there's nothing that I can do to speed it up. I'm still going to send the refund as soon as the claim is resolved.
