    I wanted to leave (good) feedback more for the seller here, rather than for the item, as that was returned. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I contacted the seller and he responded immediately to apologise and ask for more details. Once it was clear I'd received the wrong item, he arranged for its collection at no cost to me and then refunded it once it was returned. Thank you for your speedy resolution and great communication. I recommend this seller.

    The item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the blades were missing but the seller went above and beyond to try to rectify the issue. Ultimately, I was refunded in full and I'm happy with the seller because he did his best and communication was good. Even though my purchase did not go as planned I would still recommend this seller.
