  The box and contents were a little shaken up, but seller was so sweet to accept a return when they normally don't. I missed the pic showing some box dmg. Must have happened during shipping, I wouldn't fault seller and would absolutely recommend them! I was going to display in box, otherwise, I'd have kept it.   There was a listing discrepancy- listed as 9 book set, but only 8 were pictured/ delivered. Neither I nor the seller noticed until delivery. Was able to work it out with the seller quickly. Overall positive experience, stand up seller. Thank you!

  The swimsuit had an issue, but the shop provided a return shipping label, and refunded the full amount promptly after receiving it back. I was bummed out because I like the swimsuit, but I'm thankful the shop was professional and took responsibility for the situation. You can trust them, so that's definitely good!
