  There was a delay in delivery due to courrier losing my package. I can not fault seller as they were very quick to respond to messages regarding my item not being received and it being 3 weeks. The item was dispatched straight away. Seller did offer a full refund or a replacement. The day after this my original item arived. They Look to be great quality and definitely value for money. All items were correct and even the added third one free. Will happily use again.

  items arrived safe and well packed It was despatched promptly but unfortunately royal mail did NOT do a good job of delivering promptly. However the Seller was quick to respond even offering a resend . Swift and polite seller will use again no problem

  Product arrived later than expected. There were no instruction contained in the packaging and the charging cable was not compatible with my Motorola mobile phone. So those were negatives. However, Daniel from the company was wonderful in sorting out the problem, with the listing, as well as with my immediate problems at hand. He even sent me the correct cable connection for my phone without my knowledge. So, all in all it turned into a very positive experience.

  New item delivered to projected schedule and well packed. It has worked without issue now for several days and will hopefully give several years of service. The price was very comparable with that from other online retailers.
