  Just as advertised, it is new with a less than new looking box. I need what is in the box and not the box so I am very happy with the item being exactly as described. You can't beat the price for the item. The item was packed very well and shipped out quickly. It is a new item so the quality is excellent. No scratches or dents on the item. Its appearance is like it just left the factory.

  Buyer beware. Easily the worst buying experience I’ve had. Listing said “quantity 10” with a photo of a full box. They sent one flimsy outlet plate for $11 plus $8.95 shipping/tax. Admitted the listing was wrong but still demanded I pay return shipping. I even offered to settle for three more but they refused.

  I'm glad this buyer left a review, now I can respond:) Buyer contacted us regarding a purchase made. He is correct, the description did say a qty of 10. Which we acknowledged was a mistake although the price reflected 1 unit. We offered a 50% refund to reflect his "valuation" of the product. He refused. Demanded more units or nothing. Even asked for a full refund intending to keep the product. We refused. In the end we paid return shipping and will be issuing a full refund. Still left Neg comm:)
