  First of all, this seller is a scammer. I want to explain to Ebayers who care to read this feedbacks the scheme. 1, He offers good price to lure potential buyer. 2, The seller will not use Ebay to create shipping label, he has his plan. 3, He will ship a cheap flat rate envelope to buyer's zip code, but at a different and wrong address. 4, Once the envelope is delivered, Ebay gets a false confirmation and that is the end. Please read other feedbacks, they had similar stories.
