  Unfortunately I did not receive this, Seller was in communication with me the whole time as shipping updated were not updated. Package must have gotten lost in the mail system at some point. I’m just glad the seller was cool enough to refund me my money. Sucks I was really looking forward to getting these clips for a helmet. But awesome seller would purchase from again.

  Seller sent a card that had scuff marks and bent edges on the back of the card. I requested to return the card. Seller offered a $20 refund off the total card's price & shipping ($45), which I declined. After I declined the partial refund the seller accepted the return and included a very NEGATIVE comment saying "You are some kind of special". Buyers beware, if you have a problem arise with this seller you can expect to be attacked and humiliated by this seller.

  I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I strive to ensure all items are accurately described & packed with care. I understand your disappointment & did my best to offer a resolution by proposing a partial refund. When that was declined, I promptly accepted the return. I am sorry you felt threated by open communication. I am a strong communicator. Although I appreciate your feedback, I don't appreciate unruly comments you made.
