  There was a problem with delivery at the collection point, which resulted in the item being returned to sender. The seller was very understanding and resent it as soon as he received it back. He kept me posted on the tracking and was always polite and friendly in his communications. I've now received the item as it's exactly as listed.

  Great item as described and great price. Box was a little battered, one corner torn but thankfully no damage to Bassinet. I would have packaged better to avoid damage, just constructive criticism. Thank you

  Communication with seller , excellent can't fault. Was sent wrong item by mistake. However seller replied and sent correct one out within 48 hours as needed item for granddaughter to sleep over. However I have to say these beds are not the best for the money .but not sellers fault as I see it more of manufacture issue
