  Item was exactly as pictured. Packaging was thorough for a fragile object, even though the shipping company beat up the box a little the item was undamaged. Most importantly, I would consider buying from this seller again.

  Love this new design lunch bag. My only complaint is that the shipping was $8.60 and it was in a bag. By the time the lunch bag got to me it was smushed and the packaging was ripped😱
