Item was dispatched promptly, but then Royal Mail let the side down by failing to deliver it for 3 days after saying it was out for delivery. Their tracking told me they could not identify my address (even though they have been delivering to me here for over 49 years!) and that they had returned the item to the sender. They obviously hadn't done that because they have now delivered it. Naughty Royal Mail...
