  My arthritic copper bracket arrived yesterday dead on time. It was very well packed so there was no damage and in good condition It is exactly as advertised I shall 100 % be recommending this seller to friends and family and who ever asks about the bracelet. They were extremely good at keeping me informed as to what is happening and just contact them if there is any problems. The item is very good quality for what you have to pay. I shall definitely be contacting this seller again

  Great quality and excellent price. Item was dispatched promptly, but then Royal Mail let the side down by failing to deliver it for 3 days after saying it was out for delivery. Their tracking told me they could not identify my address (even though they have been delivering to me here for over 49 years!) and that they had returned the item to the sender. They obviously hadn't done that because they have now delivered it. Naughty Royal Mail...

  Arrived quickly adequately packaged pleased with item except the item pictured didn't have a line underneath the house number and the one i received did. Not a major problem but would have preferred it without the line
