  Hello, Thank you for sending the order. I ordered the same product I ordered before: Rose Concentrate, but what I received is called just Rose. on the delivery invoice is described as "Pure & Natural Essential Room Fragrance". I don't know what this is & how to use it. I buy the oils to make body creams & shampoo for my family and myself & I don't know if this product is safe.   Sadly I have not had a good experience with this seller. I have tried to make contact on several occasions with no response. They did however reply to my very first message. In the meantime the tracking is saying that the parcel has been delivered to what looks like a completely different country and says the order has been fulfilled. I have not received the package. I have repeatedly asked the seller where my package is but no response.
