  When I first received the item, it was not recognizing the memory card that was included. I contacted the seller with the issue and he immediately got back to me and said he was sending two more memory cards. He told me to see if that fixed the issue. I received the new memory cards and they did fix my problem. The seller was very fast and getting back to me and seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with the PlayStation that I purchased.
