  I gave 4 stars due to how long it took to ship this out!!!!! The fridge works. It was needed by a friend in a nursing home who should never have had to wait that long!!!! The time frame was ridiculous. The person who received this item loves it. I would not buy from this seller again due to how long it took to ship this out and they never even bothered to message me and explain what was taking so long. They could have at least communicated with me.

  Sorry for how you feel about your unreasonable expectations. But the Item was purchase packed and shipped the same day. You paid 0$ free shipping on the item. The fact that FED EX delivered the item not to your satisfaction myself or any other eBay seller can't control shipping companies. There is tracking information uploaded that gives updated status on were you package is at all times. Me msg you would of only being me telling you what Fed Ex says.
