  They sent the wrong item I was suppose to receive 500 pcs of silver lobster clasps but I was sent a 700 pcs necklace, jewelry and anklet package that maybe had 100 pcs of the lobster clasps and the rest was single loops and I didnt order those. Then the seller ghosted me after opening a case because I refuse to send my return using a prepaid Amazon shipping label they asked me to use.I didnt buy this thru Amazon so therefore I won’t send it back thru Amazon.Crazy.I do not recommend this seller!

  I was sent the wrong length of pen refill. The listing said 2.75" and they were 4.5". I asked for refund. They asked for a photo and said they didn't think they even had 4.5". Well, they do, coz I got them. I sent photo. Never heard. Sent one more email. No answer. So, I gave them 3 chances to resolve and they didn't.

  The item was not as described. This item has no slot to put the money or coin in at the top as described in the ad and the title. This box came with only 1 key and not 2 as described. The carrier through it over our fence and we found the package on the ground. Waiting for sellers response for a refund or replacement as seller does not accept returns.   Emailed this company a couple of times no response sent the wrong item and all I hear now is crickets. Do yourself a favor. Save your money go use a different company to buy from this company sucks
