  Item arrived earlier than estimated and I was first confused by tracking info but seller responded very quickly and politely to my questions. Item arrived not the exact model of headphones I was expecting but again seller responded quickly and was willing to offer partial refund if I wanted to keep the headphones that were delivered to me. I would definitely buy from them again.

  Highly recommend seller! I canceled an order due to a sell by the manufacturer being lower priced. D’1 Stop Shop LA understood, canceled and refunded the order and worked with the carrier to return the items. They support the best interests of the buyer. Great people and customer service! A++ seller!!!

  BEWARE SELLER is a FRAUD. I bought a Nakamichi NRS8927 Single-Din CD.....and the CD Player is defective it won't eject the CD due to an obstruction at the face. I tried to contact the Seller many times and he either hung up or sent me to Voice Mail. PLUS NO EMAIL Messages THRU Ebay. Even though the Ad for the auction Stated Accepts and Pays for ALL Returns. NOPE NOT AT ALL EVEN FOR A BROKEN ITEM. SHAME ON HIM. Filed a claim with PayPal AND THEY Couldn't get $116 return shipping. I'M SO SCRWD!

  Item description was a 12 inch powered subwoofer. Not at all what I got. I was sold a 45 dollar speaker for 369 dollars. Where is my 12 inch powered subwoofer I paid for that is stated in the description? So sellers can lie in the description and ebay is okay with that? Acion should be taken because that is nonsense
