  Seller was great and fast. Purchased on 8-25 & items shipped on 8-25. Great packing & keys cut from code. I’ll use again. United States Post Office is another story. Totally 1 star as they were a turtle. Package got to my city, then shipped to another state & back to my city a 2nd time. It then toured the USA and many other states according to tracking. It came back to my city a 3rd time & delivered on 9-6. There was a Labor Day delay but not a reason to tour America. Not sellers fault.

  The keys did not work to unlock the old locks on my Rhino Rack, and one of them broke off while I was trying to get it to work. But I still give the vendor positive rating because he seemed to be very concerned and took a personal interest in what the problem might be and offered advice and was quick to give a full refund when I returned the keys. If I need keys in the future I will try this vendor again. The price was reasonable and shipping was free, so that was very good.

  The reason the keys didn't work is because his locks haven't been used in many years and were completely seized up from being exposed to the weather for many years. Buyer broke one of the keys in his seized lock and immediately messaged me demanding that I sent him the correct keys. The Keys were fine, his locks were the problem but I still let him return them for a refund. He is now added to my blocked buyer list

  I'm surprised to see the crass response from the seller as personal messages between us were cordial. As it turns out, a key purchased elsewhere worked and solved the issuee, and I appreciate the quick refund from this vendor for the keys that didn't work and actually stuck in the lock and had to be removed with a pliers, hence breaking. I contacted the seller before returning a broken key and he said that was fine to return it. I received the rack this summer. The locks are not weathered.

  The keys worked perfectly on my 1974 Honda ST90!!!!! I would definitely deal with this seller again. Best part is they came in a common sense small padded envelope. I ended up getting three copies done. Communications with him do to stupidity on my part went very well! He was very patient and helpful!!! He definitely saved the day!!!!

  The original order for this key was lost by the USPS as package was torn somehow in sorting/transport. Seller responded to my emails/messages and replaced that item with second mailing arriving in great condition. Awesome service. Strongly recommend this seller for anyone needing UTV keys.

  Key worked perfect. It saved me 80 $ compared to haveing it cut by a lock smith. Item arrived as described. Only complaint was the lack of expedited shipping options. Overnight or 2 day would have had me back on the road on my motorcycle enjoying the summer a few days sooner. Still a great buy and service regardless. Will definitely be a repeat customer for sure

  Customer asked if I could overnight or expedite his package but unfortunately I am located in such a rural area that it is not possible to overnight anything. I've tried in the past and it usually takes two days which really makes customers upset when they pay for overnight shipping. I informed the customer of this and they purchased anyways so not sure why they are complaining

  Excellent service!! I made a mistake on one key number so they informed me before they shipped. Keys were still in AK within a week. I will use them again if I have a need.
