  I placed an order on March 1st, but it was refunded on March 5th without any prior notice. After I reached out, the seller mentioned it was a duplicate listing, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication. Finding out through PayPal was inconvenient, and the response of "it's life" felt dismissive. A heads-up before the cancellation would have been appreciated. Clearer communication and professionalism would have made this a better experience.

  Ebay has a glitch & sometimes ends up listing items that have been sold, not sure why but its happened before. I looked for the item & as soon as I realized I did not have it - I canceled the order to ensure you had your money back ASAP. I was about to send you note & I got a call from the school regarding my kid being sick. sorry to inconvenience a grownish man about his silly video game but IT IS life buddy & this is ebay. I do my best but sometimes a whiney person gets get what they give nada

  Wow. Thanks for confirming exactly why I left the review I did. I understand things happen—items go missing, kids get sick—but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or the unprofessional response. All I expected was a quick heads-up, not sarcasm and name-calling. You don’t know anything about me, so don’t assume. Calling a customer “whiney” for pointing out an issue you caused is exactly the kind of attitude buyers should be warned about. Buyers, avoid this seller at all costs.
