  Great customer service. This item arrived broken. Once I had spoken to them they offered a replacement or refund. I think in future you should you mark the item fragile and place a sticker on the parcel. Lovely looking item A+ just ashame it was broken ☹️

  These will be perfect for a bee themed party later in the year! The springs are separate so a little bit of assembly is required, but it saves on packaging. Seller and courier kept me informed every step of the way during dispatch and delivery.
