My order took a ridiculously long time to arrive, it wasn't marked as "dispatched" until the 3rd December. I paid on 25th November. I have since had further issues with Ebay tracking, and the seller said the item had been dispatched when I asked directly, so I am choosing to focus on the positives, although the communication could be improved.

It's when things don't go quite to plan that you find out what sorry of a seller you're dealing with. This one provides excellent and swift support when things go awry. Highly recommended seller.
