  The item was advertised wrongly … I bought them as advertised as a UK14 … on arrival they were tiny and obviously not a size 14. On Googling Euro sizing EU 40 is a size 12. Contacted seller who took longer than expected to reply … suggested I send then back for an exchange …. Notified wanted full refund and postage as it had cost me over £3 to send them back …. Why should I pay … they were described wrongly!! Spookily got a refund the day I said I was contacting Pay Pal to assist ….

  March ‘25: Avoid, no communication, had to involve eBay and all of a sudden the rug was immediately posted. Completely different rug arrived, wrong colour. No apology or explanation. Returned and had my time wasted. Don’t list stuff you don’t actually have, give up selling if you can’t be bothered and save customers time and money.
