    Shipping was very long. No one reached out to me. I had to inquire..found out it was due to tariffs. So out of everyone's hands. After that, seller was very quick and responsive. I am a little disappointed in the print quality. One of the letters in ESPRIT, I believe the P didn't print correctly. For the price I paid, it is upsetting to have part of the lettering messed up.

    Buyer messaged me on the 4th day after ordering item. Which is well before my processing time listed in the listing for that particular product. Yes, we had an issue which got resolved and they were informed with transparency. As for "faulty printing", this is the first i hear of this. Buyer never contacted me to let me know of any issues. They messaged me before about they shipping, why not the issue? If buyer contacted we would have replaced item no problem!
