    My order arrived on time and was as described. Unfortunately the plastic tab at one end had snapped off in transit, so maybe a little more packaging protection? I am not going to hang it so I don't need the tab and didn't ask for exchange as it does what I want.

    Although the original order was damaged in transit, the seller dealt with my reporting this to them in the best way possible, with no arguments, reinforced by an instant apology and reissue of the order. You could not ask for better service, to rectify a problem that they didn't directly cause. It is much appreciated and they are highly recommended by me as a result. Thank you.

    Great tool at a great price. I used it as soon as the postman brought it it looks sturdy and was an gift to use digging holes for fencing posts. Item arrived well wrapped and great condition and I would highly recommend this seller as they offered a discount on top of their normal price. A quick dispatch meant I had the item in a few days and could get on with the fencing job. *****
