Slight delay in shipping but seller explained item was out of stock and reordered so I am happy with the communication about that. Once the item was shipped it came very Quickly.

  The time to ship was great and fast however, this was not exactly what I ordered. In the photo it is an unpunched box, and I reviceved it punched and somewhat bent. Character also came in box without any form of protection and it was bent in the box. A great seller, but item wasn't described very well.
