Item arrived damaged and once I notified the seller and sent pics, he offered me a refund if I chose return it or a discount if I wanted to keep it. I chose to return it and it was painless and easy. Well packaged in a ridgid mailer envelope and promptly shipped despite a mnor delay by the USPS. The card s exactly as described and pictured and a very good value for the price asked.
