    Product was never shipped to me. Seller stated they were checking with USPS but a label was created via UPS. When I contacted the seller, they just refunded my money without explanation as to why they never shipped the product.

    Some items will get lost in shipping that is not something I can control. I communicated with the buyer about the issue and refunded her the full amount of the item and told her to keep it if it should arrive however she still felt she needed to leave bad feedback and it's unfair to the seller.
